Man due in court after Captains Road collision

A 30-year-old man is expected to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday in connection with a collision that left  two pedestrians injured.

A 42-year-old woman and 41-year-old man were injured after being trapped under a car on Captains Road around 3pm  on Thursday afternoon.

The woman suffered serious injuries in the crash.
