Substantial quantity of cannabis recovered in Dalkeith

Police have arrested and charged a man and a woman, both aged 25 years old after a cannabis cultivation was discovered at a Dalkeith property yesterday, 1st March 2016.

A substantial quantity of cannabis and a further t wenty-two plants with an estimated street value of around £13,000 along with hydroponics system equipment were seized  from the property in Easter Langside Avenue.

A report will be submitted to the Procurator Fiscal.
