Witness appeal following death of pedestrian struck by car in Drum Brae
Police have appealed for witness following the death of a 62-year-0ld man who was struck by a red Suzuki Swift in Drum Brae Drive around 10.30pm Saturday night.
A Police Scotland spokesman said: “Sadly, a 62-year-old man passed away as a result of the injuries sustained during this incident.
“His next of kin have been informed and officers are offering them support at this difficult time.”
The driver of the car was uninjured, police said. Anyone who witnesses the incident has been asked to call Police Scotland on 101.
