Teenager killed following one vehicle collision in Ratho

A 17-year-old man has died after his car crashed on Cliftonhall Road at Ratho close to the entrance to the Edinburgh International Climbing Arena at 10.40am this morning.

The road was closed while police officers carried out enquiries

A Police Scotland spokeswoman said: “Police in Edinburgh can confirm they are investigating after a one-vehicle road traffic collision at Ratho this morning where a 17-year-old male sadly died.”
