Man arrested after attempted robbery in Kirkliston

A 21-year-old man has been arrested and charged in connection with an attempted robbery at a convenience store in Kirkliston last month.

The incident happened at around 11am on Sunday, October 11, on Liston Place.

Following an extensive police investigation, local officers subsequently traced and arrested a man.

He is due to appear before Edinburgh Sheriff Court today.
