Two in court following Drylaw attack

Two people have been arrested and charged following a serious assault in Wester Drylaw Drive on Monday 1st June.

A 29-year-old woman suffered a number of injuries to her arm, leg and back during the incident and was taken to the Royal Infirmary of Edinburgh for treatment.

A man, aged 31, and a 29-year-old woman, are due to appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court today.
