A 47-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged with being concerned in the supply of controlled drugs. He appeared at Edinburgh Sheriff Court on Monday 2nd June and has been remanded in custody.

Detective Inspector Stuart Harkness said: “This is a significant recovery of controlled drugs which have been removed from the street. Police Scotland will continue to tackle those involved in serious and organised crime in a robust manner.
