Man charged with fireraising in west of Edinburgh

Police in Edinburgh have arrested and charged a man in connection with fire-raisings in the West of the city that took place on the 6th July.

The incidents involved three cars – an Alfa Romeo, Volkswagen Jetta and Volkswagen Golf and a garden shed.  These took place in Saughton Mains, Stenhouse and Carrick Knowe.

A 28-year-old man will appear at Edinburgh Sheriff Court at a later date.
