Kings Stables Road incident: victim identified

Police have now identified the man who was found badly injured in Kings Stables Road in the early hours of yesterday morning (Thursday, October 24).

The 20-year-old, who is from Edinburgh, has been identified by his family.  He remains in a serious condition in hospital.

Police continue to investigate the circumstances behind his discovery in the roadway, and are appealing to anyone with any information that can assist their inquiries to contact Police Scotland on 101.
