Edinburgh Festival Fringe The Peculiar Tale of Pablo Picasso and the Mona Lisa

A little flavour of what you might expect from The Peculiar Tale of Pablo Picasso and the Mona Lisa by Fourth Monkey Theatre Company. Photographer Colin Hattersley was out and about this morning capturing the actors at The RSA at the foot of The Mound.

As Picasso says: “Good artists copy, great artists steal” – Fourth Monkey’s ‘Picasso’ (Alex Sherwood) and his muses (including Hannah Hutchinson, middle) are inspired by Edinburgh’s Royal Scottish Academy and its’ colourful art exhibition pillars.

Fourth Monkey’s show “The Peculiar Tale of Pablo Picasso” is at the Fringe until August 24 at 18.45, @The Space on Niddry Street.
