Knitting inspiration from Edinburgh

With Meryl Streep and Amanda Seyfried among the many who are mastering cable patterns, needles and wool are flying off the shelves.

So what better way to ignite a passion for knitting than with a ‘woolly’ celebration of Britain? Jackie Holt works as a costume maker and a wardrobe supervisor in numerous theatres around Britain and has supervised large-scale musicals, such as 125th Street at the Shaftesbury Theatre in the West End, and the sell-out 20th Anniversary concert of Sondheim’s Sweeney Todd at the Royal Festival Hall.
