Jeremy Balfour is the Conservative Group leader and is the candidate for Corstorphine/Murrayfield Ward. He was born in Edinburgh and has lived here most of his life. He is a former lawyer and church minister.

Jeremy was elected initially for the Murrayfield ward in a by-election.

He is married and has twin girls.
