ESPC issue House Price Report

The ESPC have just issued their report on the housing market for May 2011. This shows that the average house price in Edinburgh is £214,938 – a year-on-year fall of 4.4%.

They say that it is a buyer’s market in the capital at present, as there are 35% more houses available for sale now that would be typical of this time of the year.
