First student summer job as a building site labourer
First permanent post as a Leisure Attendant at Magnum Leisure Centre in Irvine
Defining moment of your career?
Decision to switch careers from P.E. teaching to leisure management
Professional goals for the year ahead?
Expand our provision of services into local secondary schools to ensure City wide and integrated delivery of sports and physical activity services
And a successful reopening of the Royal Commonwealth Pool.
Personal goals for the year ahead?
Improve my level of fitness
What would you most like to be remembered for in your organisation?
The manner in which we involved staff, encouraged their own health, well-being and development and sense of enjoyment and job satisfaction.
