ESPC competition starts today!
From 1st December, in the countdown to Christmas, ESPC will be giving away a prize every working day to someone who correctly guesses which property for sale on espc.com is behind the festive door.
Prizes will include a bottle of fizz, plus either a free Limelight, free front cover advertising on The ESPC worth £500, lottery tickets (potentially worth millions!), plus lots more exciting goodies.
A different property will appear behind the door each day. All that needs to be done is visit www.facebook.com/espc.property and comment under the photo which property it is. We will a give a clue for each property to help identify which of the 5,000 homes ESPC has for sale. Friday will be the wild card round where it will be an iconic part of Edinburgh or East Central Scotland which competitors should to guess.
A winner will be chosen at random from all the correct answers via Facebook to award them with the prize of the day.
In addition, if the owner of the property claims their house that day, they win a free Limelight web to help promote their home during December.
In conjunction with this online campaign ESPC is supporting Dreamz4U – a charity which makes the dreams of sick kids around the UK come true. ESPC is helping raise awareness of the charity at a time when kids need it the most. Christmas can be a happy time for the kids but it can also be a very difficult them, and their families too. Some families spend the Christmas period in hospital, or some kids are receiving treatments, they are therefore perhaps unable to afford the same opportunities as other children. By giving them a dream, it gives them something to look forward to.
Last week ESPC and its solicitors raised £1600 for the charity by quizzing the night away at the Ghillie Dhu.
Jim Michie, Director of Dreamz4U comments, “It is a fantastic feeling when you see a sick child receiving their dream. I wish that everyone who helps make a dream happen can see the total excitement and joy on these children’s faces. We cannot thank ESPC enough for donating such a generous amount to the charity.”
Dreams4U are in the process of arranging the dreams which can be achieved from this donation and with the help and support of ESPC.
