Taste Scotland 28-30 May 2010
Set to be a foodie’s paradise, Taste returns to the city for its fourth year with an unrivalled number of top food and drink connoisseurs descending upon Inverleith Park. Previous years have seen culinary greats such as Jean Christophe-Novelli, Antony Worrall Thompson, Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall, Martin Wishart and Tom Kitchin take to the demonstration stages to cook up a storm.
Taste of Edinburgh brings the perfect mixture of 12 of the best local restaurants, chefs and producers alongside new, interactive features for 2010 – AEG Cooking Classes in association with Nick Nairn Cook School where you will have the chance to hone your cooking skills under expert tutelage and the Chefs’ Table where you can ‘grill’ our chefs with all your culinary questions.
The festival also offers you the opportunity to sample dishes from the Capital’s top restaurants and pick up top tips from leading chefs as they showcase their talent in the on-site demonstration kitchens.
A superb array of fine wines, speciality beers & spirits, gourmet food and upmarket lifestyle products are on offer at our artisan producers’ market, creating a fantastic opportunity to sample the best of Scotland’s natural larder.
